All our products carry a minimum 6-month shelf life from manufacture date. Ghee keeps 12 months sealed and 6 months once opened if stored in a cool, dry place. Pickles keep 12 months sealed and 3 months once opened, refrigerated.

Our ghee uses indigenous Gir cow A2 milk, is Bilona-churned (takes 4× longer), and packed in glass — not plastic. Our pickles use cold-pressed mustard oil, zero preservatives, and are made in small batches. You're paying for real ingredients and a fair price to the women who make them.

Yes. All products are 100% natural with zero artificial additives, FSSAI licensed and lab tested. A2 ghee is in fact traditionally recommended for children's first solids and during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor for specific dietary needs.

We triple-wrap every glass jar in bubble wrap and use rigid boxes. Breakage rate is under 0.3%. In the rare case your jar arrives broken, we replace it free — just send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. For damaged products, we replace immediately. For taste/quality concerns, reach us on WhatsApp — we resolve every issue personally.
