By accessing or shopping on this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

• As our goods are handmade, colour, texture and taste may vary slightly between batches — this is natural and not a defect.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may update prices, offers and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example due to stock availability, pricing errors, or a non-serviceable delivery location. If we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, the amount for that order will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or collected as Cash on Delivery. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Purchases are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy. In short: we do not offer monetary refunds, but we replace damaged or defective items free of cost when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Maadadifood is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the order in question. Always check ingredients if you have allergies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajsamand, Rajasthan.
