    Our pickles have a shelf life of 12 months. Always use a dry spoon, keep the oil layer on top, and store in a cool place. The mustard oil and spices act as natural preservatives — no chemicals needed.

    Rajasthani pickles use Mathania mirchi (a unique desert chilli), cold-pressed mustard oil, rock salt, and hand-ground masala on a sil-batta. The desert sun and traditional aging process creates flavors you won't find in factory-made pickles.
    Is it very spicy?
    Our pickles have authentic Rajasthani heat — bold but balanced. Mathania mirchi gives a warm, smoky heat that builds flavor rather than just burning. Most customers find it perfectly spicy for daily meals with roti, rice, or paratha.
    Do you use any preservatives?
