We stand behind every jar. Because these are handmade food products, we do not offer refunds — but if anything reaches you damaged or with a genuine quality issue, we will replace it, free of cost.
No-Refund Policy
Maadadifood does not provide monetary refunds on any order. As our products are perishable, handcrafted food items, they cannot be resold once they leave our facility. Instead, we protect you with a straightforward free-replacement promise for damaged or defective goods, described below.
When We Replace (Free of Cost)
- The product arrived damaged, broken or leaking in transit.
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
- There is a genuine quality issue — for example a sealing fault or spoilage on arrival.
How To Request a Replacement
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 74260 95511 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue (and the outer packaging, if damaged in transit).
- Once verified, we ship a fresh replacement at no extra charge. No return courier or payment is required from you.
What Is Not Covered
- Taste or preference. Our pickles and ghee are traditional, preservative-free and vary naturally by batch and season — this is not a defect.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been substantially used or consumed.
- Damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the replacement promise above still protects you against damage or defects.
