A2 Bilona Ghee is made from the milk of indigenous Gir cows using the traditional Bilona (hand-churning) method. The milk is first cultured into curd, then hand-churned to extract butter, which is slow-cooked over a wood fire into pure ghee. The method preserves nutrients and gives the ghee its golden grain and aroma.

Completely. Every Maadadifood product is made without chemical preservatives, artificial colours or essence. Our pickles rely on the traditional preservers — cold-pressed mustard oil, salt, sun and spice — exactly as they have been made for generations.

Yes, COD is available across India. You can also pay by UPI, credit/debit card or net banking. Prepaid orders are encouraged and occasionally carry a small thank-you discount.

Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Standard delivery reaches most of India in 3–7 business days. Every glass jar is triple-wrapped and packed in a rigid box.

We do not offer monetary refunds, but if a product arrives damaged or incorrect we replace it free of cost — just send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. As these are handmade food products, we cannot accept returns for taste preference.

Everything is handcrafted in and around Rajsamand (Kankroli), Rajasthan. Ghee comes from local Gir cow farms, pickles from Rajasthani masala and cold-pressed mustard oil, and honey from the Aravalli forests.
