Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 carry a small flat shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Standard delivery reaches most of India in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer. Festive periods can add a day or two.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive the courier and tracking details over SMS and WhatsApp. We ship through trusted partners such as Delhivery for reliable pan-India coverage.

Every glass jar is triple-wrapped and packed in a rigid box to survive the journey. In the rare case something arrives broken or leaking, our Return & Replacement Policy has you covered with a free replacement.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Prepaid orders are encouraged and occasionally carry a small thank-you discount.

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll reach out with an alternative or arrange a refund of any prepaid amount for that specific order.
