Isme kya khas hai?

  • Kurkura Swad: Humne taze pyaz ka istemal kiya hai jo khane mein bilkul kurkure lagte hain.

  • Purana Nuskha: Ise maa-dadi ke purane aur parakhay hue nuskho se banaya gaya hai takki aapko asli ghar jaisa swad mile.

  • Masalo ka Dum: Isme har ek jar mein masalo ka ek behtareen dum aur khushboo hai.

🌶️ Hand-Ground Rajasthani Masala

Every batch of masala is ground on a traditional sil-batta (stone grinder) — not machine-powdered. This preserves the essential oils in spices, giving a deeper, richer flavor that factory pickles can never match.

We use only kachi ghani (cold-pressed) mustard oil — the traditional Rajasthani way. No refined oil, no soybean oil, no palm oil. Mustard oil is a natural preservative and gives that authentic pungent kick.
