The Maadadi Story

Maadadi (माँ-दादी) means the women who taught us to cook — our mothers and grandmothers. Every product carries their recipes, their methods, their love. From a small kitchen in Rajsamand to your dining table.

It started in a Rajsamand kitchen — making pure A2 Bilona Ghee for family and friends using Gir cow milk and the traditional hand-churning method our grandmothers taught us.

Word spread. Local families started asking for our ghee. We added authentic Rajasthani pickles — Aam, Mirch, Nimbu, Lahsun, Gunda, and the legendary Ker Sangri — all made with hand-ground masala and cold-pressed mustard oil.

Today, Maadadi delivers pure Rajasthani food across India — A2 Ghee, 6 pickle varieties, raw jungle honey. Every product FSSAI licensed, every recipe authentic. Our mission: bring Rajasthan ki rasoi to every Indian home.
